Return Policy

Createareef.com does not accept returns on livestock purchases unless the animal was dead on arrival. Please see our Arrival Alive Guarantee for more information.

If for some reason an item does not arrive alive you will receive credit on your next purchase with Createareef.com. Createareef.com is not responsible for loses or damages during shipping on returned items.

Any products shipped to Createareef.com unauthorized will be refused.

 

Shipment Qualifications

Due to the changing availability of some specimens we will only ship your order if 75% or more of the items purchased are available and in perfect health at the time of shipping. You will be refunded at time of shipping for any items ordered that do not ship with your order. In the rare event that less than 75% of your order is available at time of shipping, we will contact you before shipment to decide if you would like us to ship whats available or  wait until more items from your order are ready for shipment.
