Arrive Alive Guarantee

Createareef.com offers a Live Arrival Guarantee on all of our livestock purchased from our website. Createareef.com quarantines and heavily screens all our livestock before we ship them out to you.

Createareef.com ships livestock between Tuesday and Thursday of every week with the exception of holidays.

In order for our guarantee to take effect, all claims must be made within 2 hours of receiving the livestock. We must be notified within this time period of any problems or concerns for this guarantee to be upheld.

If the livestock is dead on arrival the customer must notify Createareef.com of this within two hours of receiving the animal. The time will be verified by the receipt time provided by the shipping company. You may be asked to email a digital picture of the dead livestock, and/or send the livestock back to us via US Priority mail. You will receive instructions as to how to return the deceased livestock when you call or email.

You will receive full store credit on any livestock that didn’t arrive alive on your next order (excluding shipping and box charge).

We will not be liable for any livestock that dies as a result of being harassed or picked on by other marine life or dies due to poor acclimation.
